 Can any of the Little Paperie Designs be personalised?

Yes of course! We have so many options we haven’t been able to upload them all in every possible design yet. So if there is something you see you like but would like to combine with another design please get in touch and we will try our best to help!

Does is take longer for personalised designs to ship ?

As we print all of our personalised items to order, we do have a slightly longer dispatch time. We aim to ship them as soon as possible but it can be unto 7 days so please bear this in mind and try to order in plenty of time if you can. If you do need a quick turnaround please let us know and we will always try our best for you.

Little Paperie Shipping

We use Royal Mail to ship all of our parcels. Everything is sent by first class post. Prices vary depending on the items you have ordered and the size and weight of the package.

Our postage prices are subject to change at anytime.

We aim to ship all parcels where possible within 2 working days. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday.

If you require your parcel to be sent urgently it may be possible to send your order by a recorded or special delivery service. To give you the best options possible please send us an email to shoponline@littlepaperie.com  we can then work with you to ensure we get your items to you as quickly as we can.

Can we deliver outside the UK?

Yes of course we can!

Extra delivery charges will apply but please contact us at shoponline@littlepaperie.com and we can discuss your requirements further.

Little Paperie Customer Service

Little Paperie prides itself on having a very high level of customer service. It keeps a smile on our faces when our customers are also kept happy!

We will always endeavor to keep the stock levels on our website as current as possible. If for any reason an item you have ordered is not available we will contact you by phone or email within 48 hours. We will then offer you an alternative product, to keep the item on back-order or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you are unable to find the product you are looking for or would like us to try and source a specific item from one of the brands we stock online or in-store then please get in touch. You can contact us by email at shoponline@littlepaperie.com and we will do our best to help!

Little Paperie Reservation Service

There may be times where we offer the option of reserving a product. In this case we require you to pay for the item in advance of us receiving the stock. We will then ship it to you as soon as it arrives at Little Paperie. Where possible we will always advise an approximate date that stock should be available.

All the prices on our website are shown in Great British Pounds £ {GBP}. Our product prices are subject to change as prices can vary from time to time with our suppliers.

Little Paperie Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind so please be aware of this when you commit to buy. We are only able to offer an exchange, credit note or refund if the goods are misdescribed or faulty as this is your legal right.

We must be notified of any damaged, faulty, or missing goods within 7 days and where possible send us any photos so we can help to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Your legal rights :- When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
